If you have an error message called 'Alignment Failure', then refer to the appropriate link based on the type if cartridge your product uses:
2-Ink Cartridges (Ex. HP 60, HP 61, HP 64, HP 901, etc.)
6-Ink Cartridges (Ex. HP 02, HP 363, HP 177, HP 801)
4-Ink Cartridges for Officejet Pro Printers (Ex. HP 88, HP 940)
4/5-Ink Cartridges for Photosmart Printers (Ex. HP 564, HP 920)
