I got an Ink system error with error code 0xc05d1281 on my C6180.
I have followed the instructions in other treads here on the support form to a perform error code reset via the maint menu
* + # -> 1 2 3 -> System Configuration menu -> hardware failure status -> etc.
That does not help. As soon I try to print, it starts the preprint process and then end upp with the same code.
Sometimes when I do the error code reset, it comes back with a new error code 0x00000000
I have tried change cartrige to other, clean the connectors, power off 20 times, factory reset, yelled at it, almost throwed it out through the window
Any one that have other solutions than purchase a new ??
