F2480 prints black only

The printer worked fine until I installed a new black cartridge. Now all I get is black. Will not test page, print, or copy any color. The color level shows nearly full. Alignment prints in black. Color printing is selected everywhere but I only get black.  Have cleaned the cartridges, aligned, manually cleaned cartridges and nothing.
