F340 All in One :Printer

Problem with cartridge print. I put in a new cartridge and it prints fine, 3, 4 days or two weeks later I print again and only the black prints or the color prints.  The cartridges are showing full of ink but no print. What is the problem?  I have yet to find a solution other than putting a new cartridge.
