Just thought I'd let the fantastic world of HP know that I've wasted 2-3 hours of my time trying to get HP Customer Service to replace a faulty 15x cartridge. I've been given the run around, been transferred to probably 6-7 people and I've been hung up on twice.
If I had a choice to switch to another brand (work doesn't permit me to) I would return every HP product we own! I just can't believe it. Customer Service, is supposed to be customer service...not a impenetrable fortress.
