I HAVE TRIED SHUTTING OFF 6280 PRINTER UNPLUGGING ETC. CLEANING AND REPLACING INK CARTRIDGE.
DO I HAVE TO NOW BUY A NEW HP PRINTER. THIS PRINTER IS LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD.HHHHEEELLLLPPP!!!!!!!!

I can not vouch for whether this works or not, but I googled your problem and found this description which several people say worked for them. I really have no knowledge of these inkjets so this is just something I found that you could try:

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP. I FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND THIS FIXED MY PRINTER ERROR. I AM NOW ABLE TO PRINT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE TO MY PROBLEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY HP C6280 PRINTER
