HP 6510e printer using remanufactured cartridges won't print

I have a HP 6510e all in one printer and I replaced the ink cartridges with remanufactured cartridges labeled LD-HP323, 324 & 325 for HP 564 series inks. The printer displays "cartridges for older generation of printer" and will not print what is in the print cache. What is the procedure to print in this circumstance?  The printer interfaces with a MAC using OS 10.6.8.

Hi donsatt

Did you get a replacement from HP phone support? Is this issue now resolved?

Thanks
