HP 970 cse won't print one color.

Fresh full color cartridge.    Cartridge cleaned and primed.   Contacts cleaned.   Test page is crisp and clear.    Cyan and magenta primt fine.   Yellow does not print at all so color reproduction is no good.

 

Had same problem with prior cartridge.
