HP C4680 Printing Problem

   Just last week my printer started printing things slightly blurry. It seems it looks almost like it is in 3D. I have cleaned print heads, aligned cartridge, but it does not help. Any suggestions?

I have a Dell..OPTIPLEX 330 computer and a HP Photosmart  c4680 printer........

My priner will not print when I give the "print" command from my computer..............the window on the HP reads  "scanning"...Although nothing is being scanned...plus the "red" X is lit...The on/off button keeps blinking..........when I turn the HP off the screen goes blank and then when I turn it back on i get a message to aleign my machine...this I have alreadt done...so I cancel the message and back comes"scanning" with the "red" X...I push on the X and nothing happens....I have also had a problem with the printer starting to  print with out being commanded to start printing..and printing out something that I had tried to print the previous day???....would appreciate your expert advice.....CJ

Hey srummy. Try working through all the steps in this document to see if it is able to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Print-Quality Issues

If it doesnt help resolve the issue post back with any new changes and we can go from there.

Hey CJ. The answer I posted was for the original poster of the thread. Didnt forget about you, just ran out of time last night. Your issue seems slightly different then the other issue in this thread and may be better suited in a thread of its own.
