HP COLOR LASERJET CM1312NFI MFP PRINTS 10-16 HORIZONTAL BLACK LINES EVEN AFTER REPLACING BLACK CARTR

Black cartridge was almost empty and started to print horizontal lines.  Replaced black toner 2 x and tried various resets and cleanings, initializing etc as per HP Chat line but black lines persist.   No service centre in my area (Wasaga Beach - 1 3/4 hr north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada).  Color cartridges all at least half full.  Had similar symptoms when yellow got low, but problem fixed as soon as replaced yellow.  Any  ideas?

The product you have seems to be a commercial printer. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!
