Good Afternoon,

 

We have an HP Color LaserJet 3505n printer at work that keeps throwing the "Error 10.92.03: Cartridges not engaged." When all 4 of the toner cartridges are loaded into the printer, the flaps on the toner cartridges do not open all the way. However, when one cartridge is loaded into the printer, it opens nearly all the way. As you add more, the flaps open less and less.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? I can't seem to figure out what's wrong...

I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial printer. You can do this at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/ .
