HP Deskjet 2515 All-in-One Printer cannot find the cartridges though there are enough ink

 

Sir,

 

I have HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One Printer(cz280b). But whenever  my printer is on a orange colour ! blink on printer and on desktop show Ink Cartridge Failure( either Black or tri-colour alternatively). I open the cartridges and place it again. Then alignment the pages correctly.after that I can print my document.Everytime my ptinter behave like this. Both Cartridges have not expired (678 Black Ink Cartridge-2014/12/01)(678 Tri-color Ink Cartridge-2014/11/05).Both Cartridges create same problem.

I buy this printer on 10/08/2013 from a retailer.  Now what ca I do ?

 

please solve my problem...

I would like to help you with your Deskjet 2515. Please complete all of the suggested solutions in the following document; A 'Cartridge Problem,' 'Ink Cartridge Failure,' 'Incompatible Ink Cartridges,' or 'Cartridge Missing.... Although you may not see any of the error messages in the document title, the solutions offered may resolve the issue you are experiencing.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend calling HP and letting the know the issue as well as the steps you have already completed. It may be helpful to even let them know you completed all of the steps in HP document #c03368592.

HP printers generally have a 1 year warranty from their purchase date, you can verify the warranty using the following link if you would like; warranty check.

Hi,

 

We also have a related problem regarding the ink cartridge from HP. We purchase a HP 2nd quarter of this year (2014) to the average number of sheets that HP printer could provide, we do not have any complain in the black cartridge, but my main dissappointment is the colored cartridge, in out counting it only prints less than 50 sheets (HP ad says 120 sheets) and theprinter is even set to fast draft (to save more ink and to print more). We have look and used a high quality plain/photo paper (HP Paper are hard to fine in my area) thinking the paper might be the culprit, but still it emptied so quicky. And lastly the cartridges were bought at HP partner printed distributor.

Hi @Arch_Ruel 

 

I see you are concerned about how quickly you are going through the colored ink, despite your best efforts.

 

Actual yield will vary depending upon the amount of content on the page.Highly "dense" documents, such as the text document below, may yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones such as the organization chart below would yield more pages than the standard.Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used.The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.
