Is this some kind of fraud you guys are doing? HP has brand name because of that even there is bad service rating and support I purchased laptop and desktop of HP before buying the HP printer, thought that HP has brand and service will be good for printer. But now started disappointement because even i sent both required documents thorugh email and post but it is informed that rejected. Is this service from you guys? I thought you guys are trying to capture more market by providing many products but this way it can't be increase your market share. So please try to solve the problem in proper way and even this world is hitech world, HP is getting behind other provider day by day because of this type of fraud offers.
