My printer has stopped printing text or anything in black and white. I have changed ink cartridges and cleaned the printhead and aligned the printhead. So far.......nothing works. The printer was working fine.....the print cartridges were low on ink and I changed them the same way I always do and blank pages.........HELP PLEASE
