Installed new cartridges in my Dads printer worked for a week now prints are shocking, cleaned heads, followed all the instructions still horrible, ran print alignment and it keeps failing. Took the cartridges to my printer (which is identical - bought the same day) and yep they are perfect. HP's site is ridiculous runs you round in circles then tells you your warranty has expired. Ah no wrong - We bought the printers in October 2011 and HP advised the warranty ran out in Jan 2011, hmmmm, not sure how that works, needless to say very annoyed, not received help yet, - NOT HAPPY HP.
