HP PSC 2410 Photosmart - All in one broken colour cartridge clip

I have a broken colour cartridge clip.  It is snapped in half and I cannot hold the cartridge in.  Does anyone know where I can get this part or have it fixed?  Need help as the machine is now completely useless.

Thanks

Hi,

This part is not available as far as I know, i used to recommend a rubber band, to keep the cartridge in place, this always worked.

Not sure were I would secure it with a rubber band as it is broken off at the bend in line with the silver bar. It is the remaining piece I assume I need to secure so as the machine recognises there is a cartridge. Would appreciate a little more info if possible. Thanks

HI,

II cannot be to specifik, but i was thinking of a differant printer, so not sure if it will work in your model

The only use of that part that i think is broken is holding the cartridge in the carriage, so if you place a rubber band around the carriage and cartridge so that the cartridge stays firmly in the carriage it should work. But its a process of trial and error unfortunatly.
