HP Photosmart C5280 All-In-One Printer, Scanner, Copier

 Installed a new black ink cartridge and printed some pages.  Print screen says "Refer to Printer Documentation". Where do I find this?  Is that the CD? I cannot print anything currently.

Hi there, I have been printing successfully odd pages and have XSL size cartridges. Now out of the blue flashing light with ref to in box at the top ! Print Cartridges  :Then in the area below  it says "refer to printer document"!  I cannot print in any colour which I doubt very much the ink has expired. I have also tried to scan onto a card but it wont even scan ,which I thought doesnt require ink. Can you advise me as I cannot see anything in the document which relates to my problem.

Hey there. Does it provide you any other information? Also what operating system are you using? If your using Windows I suggest trying the HP Print & Scan Doctor to see if it is able to clear up the issue.

 

If not post back up with any new information and we can go from there.
