HP Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer black ink [ Edited ]

Hello,

I am having problems getting my HP Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer to print black ink.  The printer has been in storage for about a year, I purchased all new cartridges and installed them.  Everything is printing pink, when I run a print diagnostic or test, only the magenta and yellow print, no blue, no black.  I have tried the "allign cartridges" option, and continually receive a failure to allign message.  I have removed the new cartridges, shaken them, reinstalled, run the clean cartridge setting, nothing is working.  Can someone please help!

No, this did not resolve the issue.  The printer will not align the cartridges, I repeatedly get a "alignment failed" message, and only blue ink is printed on the alignment test printout.  All cartridges are brand new HP cartridges.  Attempted all the steps in the link sent, printer is still not printing or copying correctly.

All cartridges have been replaced but printer will not print.

Cartridges removed and replaced several times.

Set printer to clean cartridges. When set to align printer receive message on display "Alignment failure".

When set to "Print quality report", photo cartridge only one not to print.

Photo cartridge replaced with new twice to no avail.

Can somebody please offer a solution.
