I have had the above printer/scanner for a while now. It is currently not printing and showing the following message:
'Ink System Failure
Please turn printer Off and then On'
I've done that (several times) and also removed the cartridges and cleaned the print head. Can anyone please help and let me know what else I can do. I really need to print.....!
