HP27 new cartridge installed in Printer deskjet 3745 but it says cartridge not right one.

I just installed a new HP 27 cartridge in my HP Deskjet 3745 Printer and when I go to print, I get a message that says its the wrong cartridge but it is the right cartridge. What can I do? The printer worked before I put in the new cartridge.
