HP6515 not printing black. Prints very light grey

Upon replacing the ink cartridges for the first time, things that should be printing in black are very light grey...if they even appear at all...

This seems to be a common problem, but I've yet to find a solution that works.

I've cleaned the recommended areas and the vent is clean and open as well.

Please help...This printer has barely been used!

Thanks in advance!!!

Is your printer still in warranty? You can check with HP's warranty tool here.  What country are you in?

Thanks Leo!
Bob, the printer is not under warranty anymore. HP wanted to charge me to speak with a representative. The nerve!
