HPL7680 HELP!!

My HP printer won't print black ink :-)

 

I have: printed the self test diagnostic page - (printed out pink!)

printed the print quality diagnostic page

aligned the printhead

cleaned the printhead

calibrated the line feed

 

NOTHING has worked :-( please can someone HELPPPPPPPPPP

Hello tillymint4,

 

Please check if the Black ink level is atleast 1/4 .

Please perform the "Clean Printhead " for 2 times. 

If the printer does not print in Black , then it might be  a printer hardware problem, where in the Printer or the Printhead has to be replaced.
