My HP Photosmart 5510 all in one printer that will not print in black. I have tried all other possible solutions. HELP!!!!!! I need the instructions to try the hard/full reset that I have been reading about on this forum.

I understand your Photosmart 5510 is not printing in black for you. Please ensure you have tried the troubleshooting steps in the document below, before you try a reset.

 

Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages

 

I am also going to private message you the instructions on how to perform a reset.

hi, thanks for quick response

but  when i hit bottom left it goes to scann - then 3 option  therefore no top left?

sorry not too good with this stuff

Thanks for the attempt and sorry the steps did not work for your issue.

 

At this point, I suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are still under warranty, you might qualify for a replacement.
