The video you linked to only shows how to install the standard size color cartige and not the XL.  On my 710n the HP website says it is compatible with the color xl 920 cartriges as well as the black xl 920 but his is not the case.  The housing for the cartriges has a space large enough for the xl 920 black but the housing for the colored cartriges is only for the smaller standard sizes.  The description for my model printer also says it supports the xl cartriges.  Is there a video showing how to expand the housing for these larger cartriges or are they not supported by this printer as hp.com states?

Have you purchased the ink already? The Color 920 XL should fit in the printer since the Color 920XL physically is the same size as the regular 920 Colors.
