How do you get customer support without spending hours searching for an email address??????

I called into the service people because they old printer didn't work.  They are the ones who set up the sale of the new printer and said it included 1/2 off ink.

We have so many service centers worldwide, that I'm having trouble finding information on this. Sorry.
