I called into the service people because they old printer didn't work. They are the ones who set up the sale of the new printer and said it included 1/2 off ink.

We have so many service centers worldwide, that I'm having trouble finding information on this. Sorry.
Probably the easiest way to handle this is to use the email or chat options at the bottom of the hpshopping.com site page.
