Hp C4280: Windows 7, 64-bit, "cartridges not recognized", AND on light keeps blinking.

Two days ago I had a paper jam.  As far as I can see, I have cleared all the paper out.

After that, I get the message "no cartridge(s) or does no recognize cartridges".

Also the one/off light keeps blinking.

I have already disconnected printer from electrical outlet and from computer and restarted.

I don't know what else to do!!

Can anyone help, please.
