HP Officejet 6500 Wireless N, Windows 7 64-bit, error msg. Ink system failure, Please turn off printer then back on.
I did turn off the printer, uplung it and 10 sec later plugged it in and turned it on and I get the same message as soon as I press copy. It won't fax or anything. All new ink cartridges. It should still be under warranty, what should I do?

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your printer, if your unit is under warranty I would suggest to contact HP and let me troubleshoot your unit. Regards

Have you tried cleaning the printhead?
