Inserted cartridge backwards on PSC 1610 cannot remove

upon installing replacement black cartridge and not paying attention, i inserted the cartridge backward and now cannot remove it to re-install it correctly. I have tried every way I can think of (short of breaking off the plastic housing) and no results.

I f anyone knows of solution please advise ASAP _ I have upcoming deadline and no backup available

Hello donlamb1,

 

You can try to use a screwdriver or a knife or something like that and insert it on the side of the cartridge and see if you can't gently "wiggle" the cartridge a bit and at the same time pull it out.
