My Photosmart Premium AIO C310a is not feeding photo paper from the photo tray correctly

My printer is picking up the paper from the photo tray but not feeding through properly.  Both 4x6 and 5x7 prints come out with a half inch white band down the right hand side and a half inch missing at the left.  It feeds and prints A4 correctly from the main paper tray.  I have cleaned all the rollers including the very difficult to reach ones behind the four main ones, and also the rollers inside the duplexer.  Any ideas would be welcome.

Do you notice this with copying/scanning as well?

Thanks for your reply Daniel.   No, it is copying and scanning perfectly.  It's only the small photo paper tray which isn't feeding properly.  I'll read the article and let  you know if it works.

Sorry I haven't got back to you yet Daniel.  The blasted thing is now acting up by refusing to work wirelessly. It does this from time to time and I know how to deal with it but haven't had time today.   I'll get it fixed tonight and then try your link again.

Daniel, I looked at your troubleshooting link and the most relevant part seemed to be the Printing Shortcuts so I had a look in there.  I'm not entirely sure what I did, but whatever it was, it has worked so Kudos to you.  I use the HP Photo Print Gadget and I must have inadvertently changed some print settings.
