I can't print red either after doing all the resets, cleans and tests, on my (out of warranty) C7280.
After much online research, I realise this is a common problem for C7280 users (possibly other HP printers too?)
so surely there is a fundamental issue here, that HP aren't bothering to help with.
Has anyone fixed this? Is it a software issue? HELP please!
Can't believe HP want to charge to speak to their 'technicians', who will not necessarily resolve the problem.

For missing color issues, try the troubleshooting issues outlined in the document below
