Office Jet 6500 Wireless - black ink not printing

Cartridge is fairly new & report shows it over half full.  It was printing but now is not.  Now changes have been made.  I did unplug cord from printer and power strip, waited,  & replugged both ends.

Did the last print job you sent finish? Is the printer unable to print from any application or just the one you're using?
