how do i put ink cartridges into my hp office jet Pro 8000? Can't get the cartridge drawer open

Hi Mikeyg52,

 

Is there something wrong with the door? The instructions are pretty simple. See the link below:

However, if the door is jammed, you might need to have it serviced to get it opened.
