I installed a new catridge for black on the 4620 and ever since I have its acting as if i never took off the seal from the cartridge. It prints NO black what so ever. Here are some examples:

As well on further inspection, i've noticed if you look closely it looks as though the black ink is leaking out into the printer?
I've done the 30 seconds unplug it, etc. I'm out of ideas!
What gives? All HP Genuie cartdiges and all.. help!

The ink in the service station area is normal and not a cause for concern. Although it appears to be black ink it is actually a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. The service station area is where ink is expelled to keep the printheads from clogging.
I would suggest the troubleshooting steps in the document here. Be sure to check the vents as shown in solution three.

Just wanted to check in with you and see if the troubleshooting document that Bob_Headrick's recommended worked for you? Are you now able to print in Black ink?
