Officejet Pro 8600 Cartridge Problem

Replaced my cartridges with HP 951XL and got a Cartridge Problem Error, "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Cyan and Yellow. Remove them and replace with new cartridges." Took the new cartridges back to Office Depot and exchanged them out. Got the same error after putting the new ones in. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the support. Tried all the steps with no luck. Called HP support and they had me try some other steps, again no luck. They believe it's the print head and they are sending me a new one. Thanks again 😊
