P1102W prints all-black pages

Following a toner cartridge change, my P1102W prints pages that are entirely black (marging to margin). I've tried alternative cartiidges and cleaning.

 

What could be causing this problem and how can I resolve it?

Hi

 

 

You will get a all black page is the printer is not properly grounded....

 

Try cleaning the contacts on the toner catridge and also the contacts inside the printer....

Look for any toner spilled inside the printer and clean it...

also try connectying it to a direct wall outlet.....

Thanks for your quick reply and suggestion. However, I'm no nearer a solution, so I'll keep trying by building on your advice.
