Paper jam for the first use.

Hello.
I bought an Ofiicejet 4500 Wireless , I put the Inks in the correct form and I turn it on, but papper jam error appeared.

I try all of the solutions that HP recomend, but I didnt get the result..

what can i do? ?

As its brand new, did you check for any packagimg material in the printer?

Yes, I removed all of the packaging materials in the printer.

and also there is no paper on it, because i didnt use it !!! but i dont know why this alarm appear?

Ok as everything seems to be ok and the printer is new, i suggest calling your local HP support, or to take it back to the store.
