After reading this my head hit the table, and a had a good old fashioned temper tantrum. I had finally found a good quality all-in-one that suited my every need. Printing, scanning, loading photos for my website....and I have just placed it delicately in the recycle pile. This is the second HP product that died soon after the warranty expired.... I have to think very hard about buying another HP product or going with Epson or Cannon.

The email exchange was very descriptive of my situation. The Black ink works well but now the color ink is leaking and not printing at all first read then blue. Does any one have a reason for this? Is it blocked and could be cleaned? The pump appears to work well the block or leak is in the moving head. Can this be purchased separately? This is fantastic printer and very superior to the all in one print quality available today.
I would really like to save this printer if possible. Any suggestions?
