Photosmart plus new cartridges but wont print

all the new color cartridges are loaded and the cyan was having an issue so i cleaned the heads like it shows in your video and now the blue wont print at all

If that is a new HP cartridge, the document should help. If it is not, it is possible that it was almost out of ink.
