Print System Failure 0xc18a2006

Won't print. Displays Error whether the cartridges are in or out. The color cartridges are brand new HP's.

What printer model? The troubleshooting steps here may help.

Thanks for your interest, but I've tried that five or six times. The model is a Photosmart C7280 All-in-One refurbished. You would think that someone has an Error Code Directory. Thanks.

If Solution 1 did not work the remaining choice is Solution 2 - Service the Product.....
