I will need some more information in order to help out. What printer model do you have? Different printers have different troubleshooting steps to take to try to fix their problems. Also have is the exact paper jam message that you are getting and is it appearing on the computer screen or a display screen on the printer? What is the Operating system on the computer that you are using with the printer and how is that computer connected to the printer? Is it wireless, USB, or Ethernet? Thanks.
