All of a sudden my printer stopped printing anything using black ink. The there was still ink in the cartridge but I went ahead and changed it thinking it was reading it wrong. The new one will not print with the black ink either. I took the cartridge out and cleaned the window and still nothing. Downloaded the Hardware diagnostic utility and it printed a test page, everything but the black is fine.
Help?

Which printer are you using?
What operating system?
Have you tried making a copy or printing a self test?
Trained on Mac and Windows for inkjet printers.
