I have run all the diagnostic tools, cleaned and aligned printheads, calibrated linefeed etc, but the result is still the same.
On the Print Quality Diagnostics Page, the first three colours (i.e. blacks, blues and magentas) all look fine but the next two, which I assume should be red and green are dull.
Is this a problem with the yellow printer cartridge, which according the the guage is over half full, or something else?
Thanks in advance.
