Printer Error Message "Remove and Check Black Cartridge" Won't Go Away. Printer Won't Print.

I have tried everything I can think of.  Used your printer diagnostics and troubleshooting programs and found no solution.  Cannot get anything to print black ink.  Color works fine.  Switched to a new cartridge.  Same problem.  Don't know what to do next.  Can you help?

Getting error message to replace cyan cartridge. Say it will only print black. When i press black only it prints in black and color. Cyan cartridge is new Hp. Marty
