Hi, I have a B210a printer. Im getting a printer failure error it says:
There is a problem with the printer or ink system.
Turn the printer off, then on. if the problem
presists, refer to printer documentation"
I have tried everything I can think of, or have read. I have turned off and on several times. I reset it by turning it off then unpluging from the printer, then the power source and watining 30 seconds and then pluging it all back in and I still get the error.
I'm not sure what to do.. Any suggestions? should I send it to HP to fix? I'm not sure if its still under warrenty its just about a year old.
Any help would be greatly appreiated!
