Printer help

I just replaced all of my ink cartridges and it still shows low ink levels for all but the photo cartridge and will not print anything but some magenta. I have a HP Photosmart Premium C309 series. The brand of the cartridges is "Office Max". Can you help me figure out what is wrong? I get no errror message except "low ink levels"

Hi,

It could be that it's having trouble reading the ink levels as the cartridges are not HP originals. Are you still able to print ok? Can you get the ink levels from the Printer Status Report? (Method 3 in link below)
