Printhead issue on a AiO C309a

origonally this started out as a ink system failure, and after i removed the printhead and cleaned it off i now get a "printhead missing" dialog. reseating the printhead did nothing, so we ordered a new head, and the new head gives me the same error...
any help here would be very helpful

Hi I hope you are doing well and sorry to learn that you are having this issue;
alysher what operating system are you using?
Update the firmware of the printer GO HERE and select your operating system.
if you are using Windows XP or later run this tool HP scan and print Doctor
let me know the outcome, i will do my best to help you if you need further assistance.
