I use a Photosmart Premium C309g-m with Windows XP.
I started getting the "Ink system failure" error message. which later became "Printhead Problem. Remove all cartridges . Next lift black arm to remove print head....."
I have removed the print head several times and cleaner it with cotton buds. I have replaced 4 of the inks since these were getting low and cleaner the print head again, but I continue to get this message.
How do I sort this?

Have you tried re-setting the printer after cleaning the printhead?
