Message:  Printhead missing or not detetected.   Followed instructions, even rebooted several times.. still same message.  How do you fix or replace part?   THanks   JLVB39

Hi JLVB39,

From your message it sounds like you have already done much of the troubleshooting found in this document.

Is your printer in warranty?  If it is - you should contact HP Customer Support for fixes or a replacement printhead.

 

If the printer is out of warranty you can purchase a new printhead.  The steps are in the attached document. 

There is a link to the HP Parts Store. 

Under Find your part(s), type CR322A in the Search by part number text box.  It's important to search on this part # because it is hard to find without this.

I've done all the trouble shooting and like another customer have failed to resolve the CR322A issue. Please provide direct contact information for the HP Warranty Support group.
