Someone gave me a barely used HP printer and it is already toast.  Thank god I didn't spend $400 on it although I am mad I spent $60 on ink for it which is now useless since the printer is trash and I will never buy another machine that takes this ink {Content Removed}.  I mean, it sat empty for a lont time, and now even though I replaced all the heads, it is printing scrunched up lines and is completely illegible.  I AM THAT ANGRY.  I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE FEEL THE SAME WAY.  HP used to have a good repution.  Not any more.  Why can't you even buy a black and white printer anymore?  I am sick of these color cartridges drying up long before you use the ink. Then the printer doesn't work until you replace it....only then the print is dried up and the printer is garbage.

 

It is really time to stop tolerating this.  {Content Removed}

Hi, what printer model do you have?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
