Error message that states: INK SYSTEM FAILURE

How can I resolve this problem

pull the cartridges and dab them on a soft lint free item to be sure they are feeding , clean the contacts in the printer with alcohol .  DO NOT GET ANY LINT IN THE INK AREAS .  Have you got a driver for the printer on your computer ? If not you can get one free one the net . Hope this helps

Hello,

Thanks for the post.  With this type of error message, it's usually cartridge or carriage related.  I'm not sure which printer you have currently, but I've included a link below with some information regarding this error and how to resolve.  Good Luck!
